Let us help with some FAQs that other parents have asked about enrolment at Pippa Pop-ins nursery schools…

Q: What time does school open in the Morning?

A: Between 8.00am and 9.15am

Q: What time is collection for the morning session?

A: Between 2.00pm and 2.15pm.

Q: What time does School open in the afternoon?

A: Between 2.15pm and 2.30pm.

Q: What time is collection for the afternoon session?

A: Between 5.30pm and 6.00pm.

Q: What if I am running late to drop my child off?

A: We would ask you to send a message on the Famly App. If it is an emergency please contact the Schools Office.

Q: Someone different is collecting my child, what shall I do?

A: Please add the new contact on the Famly App. Do ensure the new contact to bring proof of ID and knows the family password.

Q: Will Pippa Pop-ins allow my child in the nursery if they have vomited or had diarrhoea at home?

A: After 48 hours has passed since the last episode.

Q: How do I ask to increase my child’s attendance at Pippa Pop-ins?

A: We ask that you send the Schools Office an email to schools@pippapopins.com. All session requests must be made in writing.

Q: How do the waitlists work?

A: Priority is given to children already in the school, then to siblings with a further priority given if a sibling is attending Pippa Pop-ins. We can not guarantee places for siblings and Registrations are processed on a first come first serve basis. The school will contact parents by email if a place has become available.

Q: I want to reduce my sessions

A: We ask that you send the Schools Office an email to schools@pippapopins.com a term in advance. All session requests must be made in writing.

Q: How do I withdraw my child from the School?

A: We ask that you send the Schools Office an email to schools@pippapopins.com at least a term in advance.

My child will be leaving: Notice must be given by:
At the end of the Autumn Term (Christmas) The start of the Autumn Term (September)
At the end of the Spring Term (Easter) The start of the Spring Term (January)
Atthe end of the Summer Term (July) The start of the Summer Term (April)

Q: Do you offer a sibling priority?

A: Yes but we do recommend that you register as early as possible. Sibling priority will only be given if the sibling has gone through to Transition. If you would like to register before you have had your baby, please write Baby where it asks for first name and the due date where it asks for date of birth. Please note that you must feel comfortable registering before the birth.

Q: Can I pay with childcare vouchers?

A: Yes please contact us for further information.

Q: Can I take my child out of school during the term time?

A: Yes but we kindly ask you inform the School.
